摘  要:旋转柔性钻井技术可有效突破近井污染,沟通井筒附近天然裂缝,最大程度地暴漏储层,增大泄流面积,是一种新的油气井增产措施。在现场施工中,首先将钻进工具是通过电缆下入适当层位,在完成施工后,工具要通过电缆提出井口,常规操作人员采用听绳帽和防喷盒顶盖碰撞发出的声音的方法,经常导致出现工具与井口碰撞、电缆断裂的现象,打捞工具费时费力。本文通过介绍一种旋转柔性钻井工具出井安全控制装置及其操作方法,并注重与旋转柔性钻井施工工艺相结合,有助于现场问题的处理,为旋转柔性钻井的完钻出井提供技术支撑。Rotary flexible drilling technology can effectively break through the pollution of near wells, communicate the natural fractures near the wellbore and increase the area of discharge, which is a new oil and gas well production increase measure. The rotary flexible drilling technology puts the drilling tools into the proper layer through the cable. After the completion of the construction, all the tools will be put out of the wellhead through the cable. Because the operator uses the method of listening to the sound produced by the collision between the rope cap and the top cover of the blowout preventer, so the phenomenon of collision between the tools and the wellhead and cable fracture often occurs, and the fishing tool takes much time and efforts. In this paper, a kind of safety control device and its operation method of rotary flexible drilling tool were introduced, and it was pointed out that the combination with rotary flexible drilling construction technology should be paid attention to. The paper is helpful to the treatment of field problems and provides technical support for the completion of rotary flexible drilling.
