摘　　要：目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏外敷联合复方倍他米松封闭在带状疱疹治疗中的止痛效果。方法将2016年6月至2019年1月岳池县人民医院皮肤病与性病科收治的76例带状疱疹患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),其中治疗组患者采用湿润烧伤膏外敷联合复方倍他米松封闭治疗局部皮损,对照组患者单纯采用复方倍他米松封闭治疗局部皮损,观察两组患者的疼痛缓解情况及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者止痛有效率为86.8%,显著高于对照组患者的止痛有效率65.8%(Mann-Whitney U=517.500,Z=-2.323,P=0.020);治疗组患者愈后皮肤瘢痕增生及色素沉着发生情况显著低于对照组(χ^2=5.352,P=0.021),而后遗神经痛发生情况无明显差异(χ^2=0.957,P=0.328)。结论湿润烧伤膏外敷联合复方倍他米松封闭治疗带状疱疹,能够快速缓解疼痛,减少愈后皮肤瘢痕增生及色素沉着的发生。Objective To compare and observe the analgesic effect of external application of MEBO combined with the injection of compound betamethasone in the treatment of herpes zosters.Methods Seventy-six patients with herpes zosters,admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases,People’s Hospital of Yuechi and Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from June 2016 to January 2019,were divided,according to the random number table,into a treatment groups(38 cases)and a control group(38 cases).Local skin injuries of patients in the treatment group were treated with external application of MEBO combined with the blockade with compound betamethasone while local skin injuries of patients in the control group were treated with the blockade with compound betamethasone only.The pain relief and complications of patients in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of analgesia in the treatment group was 86.8%,which was significantly higher than 65.8%in the control group(Mann-Whitney U=517.500,Z=-2.323,P=0.020);the incidences of skin scar hyperplasia and pigmentation in the treatment group were both significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.352,P=0.021),and no significant difference was observed in the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(χ^2=0.957,P=0.328).Conclusion External application of MEBO combined with compound betamethasone in the treatment of herpes zosters can quickly relieve patient’s pain and reduce the occurrence of scar hyperplasia and pigmentation after wound healing.
