摘　　要：所谓男妇两科同一治,所异调经崩带癥,嗣育胎前并产后,前阴乳疾不相同[1]。不难看出,调经占妇科病的首位。耿开仪教授,1928年出生于江苏沐阳,毕业后曾留于南京中医药大学(原名江苏省中医进修学校),后因故调回本地医院造福家乡百姓。耿老博读古医籍,博采众长,临床工作七十载,擅长治疗妇科疾病,曾被评为我市首位全国基层名老中医药专家,拥有耿开仪名老中医工作室。现年91岁的耿老,仍然精气十足,思路清晰,为一方百姓解除疾病痛苦,可谓国之瑰宝。笔者有幸跟师于耿老,将跟师学习经验总结于此,与耿老之渊博学识相比如九牛一毛,但仍欲将耿老治疗月经病的经验介绍给大家,望耿老经验得到很好的传承,亦为我们后辈中医事业的发展给予借鉴与启迪。The so-called men and women are treated in the same department,but the disease of menstrual disintegration is different.Before and after childbirth,the disease of anterior yin and milk is different.It is not difficult to see that regulating menstruation accounts for the first place of gynecological diseases.Professor Geng Kaiyi was born in Shuyang,Jiangsu Province in 1928.After graduation,he stayed in Nanjing University of Chinese medicine(formerly known as Jiangsu University of Chinese medicine),and then transferred back to the local hospital for the benefit of the people in his hometown.Professor Geng Kaiyi,who has read ancient medical books extensively,has worked in clinical practice for 70 years and is good at treating gynecological diseases.He was once rated as the first senior Chinese medicine expert at the grass-roots level in our city and has a famous old Chinese medicine studio of Professor Geng Kaiyi.Professor Geng Kaiyi,91,is still full of vigor and clear thinking.It is a national treasure to relieve the suffering of one side of the people.I have the honor to learn from Professor Geng Kaiyi and sum up my learning experience here.Compared with Professor Geng Kaiyi’s profound knowledge,I still want to introduce Professor Geng Kaiyi’s experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases to you.I hope Professor Geng Kaiyi’s experience will be well inherited,which will also provide reference and Enlightenment for the development of our later generations of traditional Chinese medicine.
