摘　　要："脾胃失调"贯穿于肿瘤疾病始终,是肿瘤发生的重要病机。在肿瘤的综合治疗中,调理脾胃尤显重要。以辨证论治为出发点,通过健脾益气、调畅气机、祛湿化痰、消食导滞等治法,制定个体化的治疗方案,做到扶正而不助邪,祛邪而不伤正。本文以中医脾胃学说为特点,探讨调理脾胃在肿瘤综合治疗中的应用。Spleen-stomach disorder is an important pathogenesis of tumor.In the comprehensive treatment of tumor,regulating spleen and stomach is especially important.Based on syndrome differentiation and treatment as the starting point,through invigorating the spleen and qi,regulating qi,clearing damp phlegm,digestion guide stagnation and other treatment methods,the formulation of individual treatment program,to achieve the positive without helping evil,dispelling evil without harming the positive.Based on the theory of spleen and stomach of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the application of regulating spleen and stomach in the comprehensive treatment of tumors.
