自拟降脂化浊汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟降脂化浊汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月到2019年1月在沈阳市第六人民医院综合内二科就诊的80例痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟降脂化浊汤治疗,通过中医症候评分、CT、肝功、血脂情况比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为97.5%,对照组临床有效率为87.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取自拟降脂化浊汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝临床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of self-made Jiangzhi Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in department of general internal medicine of Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital,80 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group of 40 cases applied Jiangzhi Huazhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.Through TCM syndrome score,CT,liver function,blood lipids,the clinical effective rate between the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,and that of the control group was 87.5%.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Jiangzhi Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
