补肾调经法治疗不孕不育症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调经法在不孕不育症患者治疗中的临床效果。方法以2016年1月—2019年1月收治的65例不孕不育症患者为研究对象,根据入院单双号将受试者分为对照组32例和研究组33例,对照组与研究组患者分别接受常规西医治疗及中医补肾调经法治疗,比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后各内分泌指标变化以及治疗情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者各内分泌指标较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度及排卵率均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经法可有效调节内分泌指标水平,改善子宫内膜厚度及排卵情况,疗效确切,对促进不孕不育症患者妊娠具有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and regulating meridians in the treatment of infertility.Methods 65 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were taken as the study objects.According to the admission form and number,the subjects were divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate,the changes of endocrine indexes before and after treatment and the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endocrine indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the follicular diameter,endometrial thickness and ovulation rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney and regulating meridians can effectively regulate the level of endocrine indexes,improve the thickness of endometrium and ovulation,and has definite curative effect and positive significance for promoting the pregnancy of infertile women.
