益肾清淋汤治疗慢性肾盂肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的综合性评估益肾清淋汤治疗慢性肾盂肾炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月于抚顺市中医院内三科病房住院并接受治疗的慢性肾盂肾炎患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例应用常规抗感染治疗方案,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合益肾清淋汤内服方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血清肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)及复发率水平变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分(7.25±1.38)分,血清肌酐(141.31±11.28)μmol/L,尿素氮(6.82±1.52)mmol/L,复发率13.33%;对照组中医证候评分(11.38±1.57)分,血清肌酐(158.48±18.39)μmol/L,尿素氮(7.51±3.68)mmol/L,复发率26.67%,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗感染治疗基础上联合益肾清淋汤内服可显著改善慢性肾盂肾炎患者血肌酐及尿素氮代谢效率,中西药合用可显著抑制细菌感染及复发情况,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Yishen Qinglin decoction on patients with chronic pyelonephritis.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with chronic pyelonephritis who were hospitalized and treated in department of internal medicine of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by the envelope method.The control group of 30 cases was treated with conventional anti-infective treatment,and the experimental group of 30 cases was combined with the Yishen Qinglin decoction orally.The changes of TCM symptom score,serum creatinine Scr and urea nitrogen BUN and recurrence rate were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,the TCM syndrome was(7.25±1.38),serum creatinine was(141.31±11.28)μmol/L,urea nitrogen was(6.82±1.52),and the recurrence rate was 13.33%.In the control group,TCM syndrome score was(11.38±1.57),serum creatinine was(158.48±18.39)μmol/L,urea nitrogen was(7.51±3.68)mmol/L,and the recurrence rate was 26.67%.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Yishen Qinglin decoction on the basis of conventional anti-infective therapy can significantly improve the serum creatinine,hs significant effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
