温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛的临床疗效。方法将2017年3月—2019年3月收治的280例中风后并发关节痉挛患者,按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组(140例)与观察组(140例)。对照组采用毫针针刺治疗,观察组采用温针灸阴经穴为主的方式治疗,观察对比2组患者的临床治疗效果,关节痉挛程度,以及治疗前后的运动功能评分(FMA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著;2组患者治疗前关节痉挛度与FMA、ADL评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的痉挛程度低于对照组,FMA评分和ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于中风后关节痉挛的治疗,应用温针灸阴经穴等穴位,可获得较为显著的临床治疗效果,改善患者关节痉挛程度,提升患者的日常活动能力,具有较高的治疗价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at the acupoints of the acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke joint spasm.Methods A total of 280 patients with post-stroke spasm admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were included in the study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(140 cases)and observation group(140 cases).The control group was treated with filiform needle,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion at the acupoints.The clinical treatment effect,the degree of joint spasm,and the motor function score(FMA),ability Scale(ADL)score before and after treatment was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of joint stiffness and FMA and ADL scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of sputum of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score and ADL score of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of post-stroke joint spasm,the application of warm acupuncture moxibustion acupoints and other acupoints can obtain more significant clinical treatment effects,improve the degree of joint spasm and improve the daily activities of patients,and have high therapeutic value.It is worth promoting.
