摘  要:为探究聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜的制备技术与进展,对当前关于PTFE分离膜的国内外研究进展进行了综述。介绍了PTFE中空纤维膜的三种制备方法:糊料推压-拉伸-烧结法、干-湿法纺丝和静电纺丝法,分别阐述了这三种方法的基本原理,同时介绍了目前PTFE表面改性的方法。目前PTFE中空纤维膜已广泛应用于工业过滤材料、生物医用材料和纺织服装材料等,但是PTFE中空纤维膜的制备技术相对落后,对PTFE中空纤维膜的亲水改性也是一个难题。因此,探索出PTFE中空纤维膜最佳制备工艺和改性方法是关键,进而扩大PTFE中空纤维膜的应用领域。In order to explore the preparation technology and progress of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)hollow fiber membranes,the current research progress on PTFE separation membranes at home and abroad was reviewed.Three preparation methods of PTFE hollow fiber membranes,such as,paste pressing-stretching-sintering method,dry-wet spinning method and electrospinning method were introduced.The basic principles of these three methods were explained,respectively.Meanwhile,the current PTFE surface modification methods were also introduced.At present,PTFE hollow fiber membranes had been widely used in industrial filter materials,biomedical materials and textile and clothing materials.However,the preparation technology of PTFE hollow fiber membranes was relatively backward.In addition,the hydrophilic modification of PTFE hollow fiber membranes was a problem.Therefore,it was the key to explore the best preparation process and modification method of PTFE hollow fiber membrane for expanding the application field of PTFE hollow fiber membranes.
