摘　　要：为了提高免喷涂聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的刚性,制备一种刚韧平衡的汽车保险杠专用料。在平行双螺杆挤出机上,通过熔融共混制备了碱式硫酸镁增强增韧的聚丙烯复合材料,然后对其进行了力学性能测试及断面表面形貌表征。结果表明,当晶须含量为8%时,弯曲模量增加了近30%,碱式硫酸镁晶须与碳酸钙有显著的协同效应。此外,扫描电镜结果表明对晶须表面进行物理包覆可促进其在聚丙烯基体中的分散,有利于提高其增强增韧效果,但是界面结合强度有待进一步的提高。In order to improve the rigidity of spray free polypropylene composite,a kind of special material for automobile bumper with balance of rigidity and toughness was prepared.In parallel twin-screw extruder,polypropylene composite reinforced and toughened by basic magnesium sulfate was prepared by melt blending,and its mechanical properties and surface morphology were tested.The results show when the whisker content is 8%,the bending modulus increases nearly 30%,and the basic magnesium sulfate whisker has a significant synergistic effect with calcium carbonate.In addition,the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that the physical coating on the surface of the whisker could promote its dispersion in the polypropylene matrix and improve its toughening effect,however,the interface strength should be further improved.
