摘 要:将二苯胺-4-重氮盐和多聚甲醛合成的重氮树脂、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、纳米二氧化硅(Nano-SiO2)、光引发剂和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)以一定的比例和工艺制成水性聚乙烯醇光固化树脂;用紫外光固化成感光树脂膜。采用红外光谱(FTIR)分析、热失重(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、耐水耐磨性能测试、铅笔硬度计测试、万能力学试验机测试等研究了纳米二氧化硅复合对水性聚乙烯醇感光树脂膜性能的影响。结果表明,纳米二氧化硅的添加量为5%时,水性聚乙烯醇膜的铅笔硬度从1H提高到4H,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率提升了50%左右,耐水耐磨性能也有大幅度提升。Water soluble polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)photocurable film was prepared by using the mixture of diazo resin synthesized from diphenylamine-4-diazonium salt and paraformaldehyde,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),nanosilica,photoinitiator and trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)according to a certain proportion and craft.The photocurable resin film was cured by ultraviolet(UV)curing treatment.The effect of nano-silica contents on the properties of water-based polyvinyl alcohol photocurable resin films was studied by using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis,water and abrasion resistance test,pencil hardness test,universal testing machine test and so on.The results show when the addition of nano-silica is 5%,the pencil rigidity of the PVA photopolymer film could increase from 1H to 4H and the tensile strength and elongation at break could increase 50%.The cured film could show good water resistant and wear resistant.
