摘 要:用双螺杆挤出和注射成型制备了导电炭黑/尼龙6(CB/PA6)和导电炭黑/聚碳酸酯/尼龙6(CB/PC/PA6)复合材料,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)观察和表征了材料的微观形貌和结晶性能,测试了材料的抗静电性能、维卡软化温度和力学性能。研究表明,CB对PA6结晶有异相形核作用,添加CB使PA6的刚性、维卡软化温度和抗静电性能增加,但导致拉伸性能和冲击韧性明显降低。添加PC使7.5%CB/PA6的表面电阻和体积电阻率降低2~3个数量级,添加2.5%~5%PC使7.5%CB/PA6的拉伸性能和冲击韧性均提高,性能改善源于PC与PA6较好的界面结合以及PC对炭黑分散和分布状态的影响。The conductive carbon black/nylon 6(CB/PA6)and conductive carbon black/polycarbonate/nylon 6(CB/PC/PA6)composites were prepared by a twin screw extruder and injection molding.And the microstructure and crystallization property were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The antistatic property,Vicat softening temperature and mechanical properties were tested.The results demonstrate that CB has a heterogeneous nucleation effect on the crystallization of PA6.The stiffness,Vicat softening temperature and antistatic property of PA6 increase with the addition of CB,however the tensile strength and impact toughness of the CB/PA6 composites decrease significantly.The surface resistance and volume resistivity of 7.5%CB/PA6 composites could decrease 2~3 orders of magnitude by the addition of PC.The addition of 2.5~5%PC in 7.5%CB/PA6 could improve the tensile strength and impact toughness.The improvement of properties are ascribed to the better interfacial bonding between PC and PA6 as well as the effect of PC on the dispersion and distribution of CB.
