摘  要:针对传统设计方法下单螺杆挤出机螺杆重量偏大、尺寸结构不合理,导致材料与制造成本增高的问题,将拓扑优化方法应用于单螺杆挤出机的螺杆结构设计与优化。建立螺杆的实体模型,导入至ANSYS中添加约束和边界条件,得到有限元模型,进行静力学与模态分析。在此基础上对螺杆进行拓扑优化设计,结合拓扑优化结果给出螺杆尺寸参数和内部结构优化方案并进行优化,得到了更为合理的结构。研究结果表明:优化后螺杆的最大变形降低了7.32%,最大等效应力减少了21.75%,第一阶、第二阶和第三阶固有频率分别提高了20.56%、19.86%和22.87%,为单螺杆挤出机螺杆结构设计及优化提供了新的思路与参考。Aiming at the problem of large screw weight and unreasonable size structure of screw of the single screw extruder under the traditional design method,which could increase the cost of material and manufacture,the topology optimization method was introduced into the screw design and optimization of the single screw extruder.The solid model of the screw was established,the constraint and boundary conditions were added into ANSYS to obtain the finite element model.Then the static and modal analysis were carried out.Based on the results of screw topology optimization design,the screw dimension parameters and internal structure optimization scheme were given and optimized,and a more reasonable structure was obtained.The results show that the maximum deformation of the screw has reduced 7.32%,the maximum equivalent stress reduces 21.75%.The first,the second and the third order natural frequency increase 20.56%,19.86%and 22.87%,respectively,which provides a new idea and reference for the structure design and optimization of the screw of the single screw extruder.
