摘 要:通过控制变量法将影响聚乙烯熔体质量流动速率(MFR)的各种因素进行数据化整理,换算为烯熔体质量流动速率的变化量,再以基本的数学计算将高压聚乙烯装置开工阶段的烯熔体质量流动速率变化建立数学模型。该模型可定量计算出高压聚乙烯装置开工阶段调整分子量调整剂注入量之后各个状态下的理论烯熔体质量流动速率,与相应状态下MFR的实验室检测结果基本相同,证明了该模型具有足够的精确度。该模型求解过程简单,可大大缩短高压聚乙烯装置开工阶段MFR的调整时间,减少开工料的产生。Through the control variable method,various factors affecting the melt mass flow rate(MFR)of polyethylene were digitized and converted into the change of MFR.Then a mathematical model was established based on the basic mathematical calculation of the change of the melt index in the start-up phase of the high-pressure polyethylene device.This model could be used to quantitatively calculate the theoretical melt index in each state after the molecular weight regulator injection amount was adjusted in the starting stage of the high-pressure polyethylene device,and the experimental results of the melt index in the corresponding state were basically the same,which proved that the model had sufficient accuracy.The solution process of the model was simple,which could greatly shorten the adjustment time of melt index and reduce the production of starting materials.
