摘  要:采用预聚体法合成聚丁二醇(PTMG)、聚己内酯(PCL)与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)体系的聚氨酯弹性体。研究了纯PTMG体系和PCL体系、扩链剂并用及PTMG/PCL并用体系之间的性能差异。结果发现PCL体系的力学强度好于PTM G体系,压缩永久变形小,但耐低温性能和耐磨性不如PTM G体系。扩链剂BDO/E300并用的体系拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性好于纯BDO体系,但是压缩永久变形较大,耐低温性差。PTMG/PCL并用后体系力学强度、耐磨性和耐低温性均变差,压缩永久变形大。The polyurethane elastomers of polytetrahydrofuran ether polyols(PTMG),polycaprolactone polyols(PCL)and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)systems were synthesized by the prepolymer method.The performance differences between pure PTMG system and PCL system,the combined using of chain extender and PTMG/PCL combined system were studied.The results show that the mechanical strength of the PCL system is better than that of the PTMG system,and the compression set is small,however,the low temperature resistance and wear resistance are not as good as the PTMG system.The chain extender BDO/E300 combined system has better tensile strength,tear strength,and abrasion resistance than the pure BDO system,but the compression set is large and the low temperature resistance is poor.After using PTMG/PCL,the mechanical strength,abrasion resistance and low temperature resistance of the system are all worse,and the permanent compression deformation is large.
