摘 要:基于熔融堆积成型技术(FDM)研究了打印参数如打印温度、打印速度、风扇对3D打印聚乳酸样条拉伸强度的影响。实验结果表明:沿X轴打印时,打印温度为200℃,其拉伸力学性能最好;沿Z轴打印时,当打印温度为205℃时,其拉伸力学性能最好;打印速度为20 mm/s时拉伸强度最好,打印速度为40 mm/s时结晶情况较差影响拉伸强度;风扇在关闭的情况下拉伸强度更高。影响FDM 3D打印的因素众多,需尽量严格控制工艺参数,否则会造成数据偏差过大。Based on the melt stacking technology(FDM),the effects of printing parameters,such as,printing temperature,printing speed and fan on the tensile strength of 3D printed polylactic acid splines were studied.The experimental results show that the best tensile properties are obtained when the printing temperature is 200℃along the X-axis.When the printing temperature is 205℃along the Z-axis,the best tensile properties are obtained.Tensile strength is the best,when the printing speed is 20 mm/s.When the speed is 40 mm/s,the crystallization is poor and the tensile strength is influenced.It has higher tensile strength when the fan is closed.There are many factors could affect the FDM 3D printing,therefore,the process parameters should be strictly controlled as far as possible,otherwise the data deviation could be too large.
