摘　　要：对厚度为6、10、14和18 mm的YB-DM-10(轻度交联研磨定向)有机玻璃透明件的力学性能、光学性能,以及对异丙醇、3#航空煤油、密封剂(JLG-103、SHMJ-775和XM-22)的银纹敏感性进行了研究。结果表明,不同成型工艺的有机玻璃透明件力学性能、热性能和光学性能满足使用要求,醇类溶剂、3#航空煤油、密封剂(JLG-103、SHMJ-775和XM-22)对YB-DM-10有机玻璃银纹性能影响较小,使用较为安全。The mechanical and optical properties of lightly cross-linked ground orientation(YB-DM-10)plexiglass transparent parts with thickness of 6,10,14 and 18 mm,as well as the sensitivity of isopropanol,3#aviation kerosene,sealants(jlg-103,shmj-775 and xm-22)to silver-grain were studied.The experimental results show that the mechanical and optical properties of the plexiglass transparent parts with different forming processes could meet the requirements.Alcohol solvents,3#aviation kerosene and sealants(JLG-103、SHMJ-775 and XM-22)have little effect on the silver-grain properties of YB-DM-10 plexiglass and it is safe to use.
