摘  要:设置空白对照组试验,分析讨论了6种增韧剂(甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物GMA-g-POE、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物GMA-g-EMA、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物GMA-g-EBA、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物EBA、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物EEA、和热塑性聚酯弹性体TPEE)对PBT材料增韧改性效果,分为玻纤非增强体系(PBT-G0)和30%玻纤增强体系(PBT-G30)。结果表明,PBT-G0体系中,增韧剂对其缺口冲击性能提升效果明显,其中GMA-g-EMA、EBA和GMA-g-EBA最好,GMA-g-POE介于中间,EEA、TPEE最差。流动性方面,TPEE、EEA、EBA提高了材料的熔体质量流动速率,以EBA最高;增韧剂的加入都降低了材料的热变形温度,下降程度在5℃内。PBT-G30体系中,增韧剂对材料力学性能、流动性的影响趋势同PBT-G0体系吻合性很好,增韧剂的加入提高了材料的热变形温度,提升程度在5℃内。综合判断,EBA改性PBT非增强及增强体系的综合性能最佳。The toughening and modification effects of six kinds of toughening agents glycidyl methacrylate grafted ethylene octene copolymer(GMA-g-POE),glycidyl methacrylate grafted ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer(GMA-g-EMA),glycidyl methacrylate grafted ethylene butyl acrylate copolymer(GMA-g-EBA),ethylene butyl acrylate copolymer(EBA),ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA)and thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE)on PBT materials,which were divided into two series,PBT-G0 and PBT-G30 were analyzed and discussed based on a blank group.The results show that,in the PBT-G0 system,the tougheners have a significant effect on improving notched impact performance.Among them,GMA-g-EMA,EBA and GMA-g-EBA are the best,GMA-g-POE is in the middle,and EEA and TPEE are the worst.In terms of fluidity,TPEE,EEA,and EBA have improved the melt index of materials and EBA is the highest.The addition of tougheners could reduce the thermal deformation temperature,and the decline is within 5℃.In the PBT-G30 system,the effect of the tougheners on the mechanical properties and fluidity is the same as the PBT-G0 system.The addition of tougheners could increase the thermal deformation temperature of the material,which is within 5℃.Based on comprehensive judgment,the overall performance of EBA modified PBT non-reinforced and reinforced systems is the best.
