摘 要:以聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩/聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)为导电高分子,以聚乙烯醇为黏结剂,以异丙醇、乙二醇为溶剂,掺杂多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT),采用共混法制得导电油墨。将导电油墨丝网印刷于PET薄膜上,研究MWCNT的加入对油墨的形态、结构及热稳定性的影响,并通过导电性测试确定了MWCNT的含量。由硬度与附着力测试确定了油墨的最佳固化条件,并研究了印刷线路的长宽度对油墨电阻的影响。结果表明,MWCNT的加入有助于提高油墨的导电性与热稳定性,且确定MWCNT的最佳含量为20%。油墨的最佳固化条件为固化温度170℃、固化时长12 min。印刷墨条的电阻值随印刷墨条长度、宽度的增加呈现规律性变化,制备的导电油墨具备良好的流变性能。Conductive ink prepared by blending poly 3,4-ethylene dioxothiophene/polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS)as conductive polymer,polyvinyl alcohol as binder,isopropanol and ethylene glycol as solvent,doped with multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNT).Conductive ink was printed on the PET film to study the effect of the addition of MWCNT on the morphology,structure and thermal stability of the ink,and the content of MWCNT was determined by the conductivity test.The best curing conditions were determined by hardness and adhesion tests.Finally,the effects of the length and width of the printed ink strip on the ink resistance were investigated.The results show that the addition of MWCNT could improve the conductivity and thermal stability of the ink,and the optimum content of MWCNT is 20%.The best curing temperature and curing time are 170℃and 12 min,respectively.The resistance value of the printed ink strip changes regularly with the increase of the length and width of the printed ink strip.
