摘　　要：痰饮病是水液代谢失常,停聚体内不同部位而形成。理化检查可视为中医望诊的延伸,能辅助医师更精确地判断疾病性质、部位。术后胃瘫可归属于中医"痰饮"或"胃饮"范畴,术后患者水饮停于胃内而借助胃肠减压管引到体外,加味柴平汤调畅气机以达气机升降,水饮自行之功。中医四诊和理化合参辨证尤为重要,利于疾病诊治和疗效判断。Phlegm and fluid retention disease is caused by the abnormal operation and stops in different parts of the body of liquid water.Physical and chemical examination can be considered as an extension of the inspection of traditional Chinese medicine,which helps physicians diagnose the nature and the locations of the disease more precisely.Postoperative gastroparesis belongs to the"phlegm and fluid retention"or"weiyin"of TCM.The retained fluid stops in the postoperative patient’s stomach and it is eliminated from the body with the help of gastrointestinal decompression tube.Modified Chaiping decoction can revive the normal circulation of liquid water by regulating qi activity.So the combination of the four diagnosis of TCM and the physico-chemical examination is particularly important and conducive to disease diagnosis and treatment and curative effect judgment.
