羌活胜湿汤配合针刺治疗颈型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨羌活胜湿汤配合针刺对颈型颈椎病疗效。方法选择2019年1月-2020年6月收治的80例颈型颈椎病患者,根据随机数字表法,将80例患者分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予单独针刺治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用羌活胜湿汤治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、CROM评分及NDI评分,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组患者的VAS评分、CROM评分及NDI评分对比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分、NDI评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后2组患者的CROM评分均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的治疗有效率为97.5%,对照组为77.5%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论与单独针刺相比,羌活胜湿汤配合针刺可改善颈型颈椎病患者的颈椎疼痛度及活动度,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qianghuo Shengshi decoction combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with Qianghuo Shengshi decoction on the basis of the control group.The VAS,CROM and NDI of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,CROM score and NDI score between the two groups.After treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CROM scores of the two groups were significantly higher,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.5%,and that in the control group was 77.5%.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with acupuncture alone,Qianghuo Shengshi decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the cervical pain and activity of patients with cervical spondylosis and improve the therapeutic effect.
