中医捏脊联合穴位按摩治疗妊娠剧吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医捏脊联合穴位按摩对妊娠剧吐患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月诊治的妊娠剧吐患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组患者56例实施穴位按摩,观察组患者56例实施中医捏脊联合穴位按摩,在干预前后行状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,比较2组患者恢复时间、临床疗效。结果2组患者干预前STAI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者干预后STAI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分较干预前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后STAI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者呕吐缓解时间、尿酮体转阴时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医捏脊联合穴位按摩可缩短妊娠剧吐患者的治疗时间,提高疗效,并改善患者心情。Objective To investigate clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic combined with acupoint massage in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 112 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were selected in hospital from October 2017 to October 2018,who were divided into two groups by random number table method.56 patients treated acupoint massage were selected as control group.56 patients treated traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic combined with acupoint massage were selected as observation group.State trait anxiety inventory(STAI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were evaluated before and after intervention.Recovery time and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in STAI score,SAS score and SDS score between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).STAI score,SAS score and SDS score decreased significantly in two groups after intervention,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).STAI score,SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than control group after intervention,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vomiting relief time,urine ketone body turning negative time,hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than control group,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic combined with acupoint massage can shorten treatment time in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,which can also improve clinical effect and patient’s mood.
