火针联合拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火针联合拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取64例带状疱疹患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组(各32例)。治疗组采用火针联合拔罐疗法,并配合口服西药治疗。对照组单独采用口服西药治疗。分别在治疗10d后及皮疹消退后1个月进行疗效观察。结果治疗组在皮疹消退(结痂时间、脱痂时间)、疼痛视觉模拟评分、综合疗效、降低后遗神经痛发生率等各方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针联合拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹,在促进皮损消退以及阻止PHN发生方面,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fire needle combined with cupping therapy on herpes zoster.Methods Sixty-four patients were assigned to treatment group and control group(with 32 patients in each)by random digit table.Patients in the treatment group were treated with fire needle combined with cupping therapy and oral administration of western medicine,while those in the control group took western medicine alone.After 10 days of treatment and 1 month after the rash subsided,the curative effect was observed in the two groups.Results The effects of treated group on vesicular scab,subside and pain relief,comprehensive effect,reducing the rate of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN)were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,fire needle combined with cupping therapy for the treatment of acute herpes zoster is significantly effective in promoting the regression of skin lesions and preventing the occurrence of PHN.
