我国民营快递企业导入CIS的策略研究

摘  要:近几年,我国民营快递企业无论在数量上还是在规模上都得到了迅猛发展,但我国民营快递企业要与国营快递企业和外资快递企业抗衡,自身还有许多要加强的地方。民营快递企业成功导入CIS有利于提升自身的管理水平,增强企业的竞争力。分析民营快递企业导入CIS的必要性,并针对我国民营快递企业运营的特点,结合CIS系统中的MIS、BIS、VIS三个子系统,提出民营快递企业成功导入CI的策略。With the development of express delivery industry in China in recent years,china’s private express enterprises have been growing rapidly both in quantity and in scale,but there are still many places to be strengthened for private express enterprises to compete with state-owned express enterprises and foreign express enterprises.The successful introduction of CIS into private express enterprises is conducive to strengthening their management level and improving their competitiveness.This paper discusses the necessity of introducing CIS into private express enterprises,and according to the operation characteristics of private express enterprises in China,it discusses the strategy of successfully introducing CI into private express enterprises with the three subsystems of MIS,BIS and VIS in CIS system.
