摘 要:在区块链和我国经济社会融合发展的新形势下,为提高国家水权交易系统在安全性、适用性、可靠性、联动性等方面的性能,将区块链技术赋能于水权交易场景中,分析了区块链技术与国家水权交易系统的契合点,选择适用于国家水权交易系统的区块链类型,链接了交易所、交易用户、政府机构、投资者等合作参与方,探究了区块链技术与国家水权交易系统的集成应用。Under the new situation of integration development of the blockchain and the economy and society in China,in order to improve the performance of the National Water Right Transaction System of China in terms of safety,applicability,reliability and linkage,the blockchain technology is tentatively empowered in the water right transaction,the convergence point between the blockchain technology and the National Water Right Transaction System is analyzed,and the appropriate blockchain type is selected,which links the exchange,trading users,government agencies,investors and other partners.The integrated application of the blockchain technology and National Water Right Transaction System of China is discussed.
