摘  要:文章从动物生长对饲料消化性能的要求和肠道健康与微生物的关系论述了发酵饲料和微生态菌剂在畜禽养殖上应用价值;介绍了发酵饲料中的发酵蛋白饲料、发酵能量饲料、酵母培养物和发酵型有机微量元素饲料添加剂的作用机理,微生态菌剂中的芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和丁酸梭菌的作用和配伍依据;提出了发酵饲料和微生态菌剂联合使用实现畜禽无抗养殖中的方案。This paper discusses the application value of fermented feeds and microorganism prepara⁃tions in livestock and poultry farming in terms of the requirements of animal growth on feed digestibili⁃ty and the relationship between intestinal health and microorganisms.The mechanism of fermented pro⁃tein feeds,fermented energy feeds,yeast cultures and fermented organic trace element feed additives in fermented feeds isintroduced,as well as the role ofBacillus cereus,Lactobacillus lactis andClostridi⁃um butyricum in microorganism preparations and the rationale for their formulation.Meanwhile,the scheme for the combined utilization of fermented feeds and microorganism preparations to achieve anti⁃biotic-free breeding in livestock and poultry farming is also proposed.
