Analysis of Isokinetic Testing of Elite Rowers'Trunks and Lower Limb Joint

摘  要:目的:通过对不同等级赛艇运动员的腰背肌和下肢关节链等速肌力测试,分析不同级别运动员的力量特征。方法:赛艇运动员8名,均为女性,使用德国生产的IsoMed2000等速测试仪,测定速度为180°,测试腰背屈、伸肌峰力矩(PT),屈、伸峰力矩(PT/BW),总功(TW),屈伸峰力矩比(F/E);下肢关节链总功(TW),下肢最大力矩。结果与结论:1)一线运动员1和2腰背伸肌做功小于屈肌做功,腰背的伸肌力量小于屈肌力量,加强伸肌的力量练习;2)一、二线运动员绝对力量的腰背肌屈总功(TW)、腰背伸肌峰力矩(PT)、下肢总功(TW)、下肢蹬伸最大力有显著性差异(P<0.05);3)一、二线运动员相对力量的腰背屈肌总功(TW)、腰背伸肌总功(TW)、腰背肌屈峰力矩(PT)、下肢蹬伸最大力(P<0.05)有差异显著。Objective:To analyze the strength characteristics of rowers by testing isokinetic muscle strength of lumbar dorsal muscle and lower limb joint chain of rowers in different grades.Methods:Eight female athletes were tested with IsoMed 2000 isokinetic tester made in Germany.The measured speed was 180 degrees.The following was measured:the peak torque(PT)of lumbar dorsal flexors and extensor,peak torque(PT/BW)of flexors and extensor,total work(TW),ratio of the peak torque of flexors and extensor(F/E),total work(TW)of absolute strength and relative strength of lower limb joint chain,maximum torque of lower limb.Results and Conclusion:1)First-line athletes 1 and 2 do less work on extensors than flexors,and the strength of extensors is less than that of flexors;2)There are significant differences between first-line and second-line athletes in total work(TW)of the absolute strength of lumbar dorsal flexors,peak torque(PT)of lumbar dorsal extensor,total work(TW)of lower limb and maximum push-out force of lower limb.(P<0.05);3)There are significant differences between total work(TW)of the relative strength of lumbar dorsal flexors,total work(TW)of lumbar dorsal extensor,peak torque(PT)of lumbar dorsal flexors and maximum push-out force of lower limb(P<0.05).
