中外优秀男女子800米跑运动员身体指标特征研究

摘　　要：本文主要运用文献资料法、数理统计法、归纳分析法等研究方法,并吸收和借鉴与此相关的研究成果,对800米跑运动员身体形态特征进行了全面研究现。在现代竞技体育中,身体形态方面的指标以及适宜的数据因为运动项目特点的不同而有所不同。本文通过对中外优秀男女子800米跑运动员身体形态的发展情况,找出800米跑运动员最佳的身体形态指标,明确指标之间的关联性,为今后的运动员选材以及训练提供一定的参考。With absorption and reference to the relevant research results,this paper mainly uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method,inductive analysis method and other research methods to make comprehensive study on the 800 meters runner body shape characteristics.In modern competitive sports,the indicators of body shape and appropriate data vary according to the characteristics of the sports.Based on the development of the body shape of elite male and female 800-meter runners at home and abroad,this paper finds out the best body shape index of 800-meter runners,and defines the correlation between the indexes,so as to provide some references for the selection and training of athletes in the future.
