摘 要:科学的针对性训练可以有效提高运动员的运动表现和运动成绩,达到理想的训练效果。方法:本文主要运用文献资料法对整合性神经肌肉训练的概念、生理学和训练学机制、应用与功能等进行简单的阐述与总结,明确了整合性神经肌肉训练的主要价值和功能。结论:整合性神经肌肉训练①可以有效提高运动员的运动表现(基本运动能力、体能和专项运动技能等);②可以预防运动损伤,尤其对女性运动员效果更为显著。Scientific targeted training can effectively improve athletic performance to achieve the ideal training effect.Methods:in this paper,the concept,physiology and training mechanism,application and function of integrated neuromuscular training are briefly described and summarized with the method of literature review,and the main value and function of integrated neuromuscular training are clarified.Conclusion:the main functions of integrated neuromuscular training are as follows:(1)it can effectively improve the performance of athletes(basic athletic ability,physical ability and special athletic skills);(2)it can prevent sports injuries,especially for female athletes.
