以“双带头人”为引领 提升基层教师党支部组织力

摘　　要：“双带头人”培育工程对高校教师党支部书记提出了新的要求,党支部书记要以提升组织力为目标,从基层党建和科研教学两个方面引领高校教师党支部的工作。组织力可以分为两个维度,将基层教师党支部工作中决策、联络和控制等工作分工作为第一个维度;将基层党支部书记、党支部委员、党员的角色划分作为第二个维度,构建“支部书记—支部委员—党员”立体化组织力模型,探索提升基层教师党支部组织力的建设方法。The"double leader"cultivation project puts forward new requirements for secretaries of teachers'grass-roots Party branches in colleges and universities.They should aim at promoting organizational force,and lead the work of teachers'grass-roots Party branches from two aspects,namely grass-roots Party construction and teaching and research.Organizational force can be studied from two dimensions.This paper takes decision-making,liaison,and control in the work of those branches as the first dimension,and the roles of branch secretaries,committee members,and Party members as the second dimension.The research establishes a three-dimensional organizational force model of"branch secretary,branch committee members,and Party members",and explores the method of improving the organizational force of teachers'grass-roots Party branches.
