摘　　要：通过系统整理、分析记载经典名方黄芪桂枝五物汤的古籍文献,梳理其历史脉络,发现和总结其中的规律,以期为该经典名方的临床应用和处方制剂的研发提供更多参考。采用文献研究法和文献计量学的方法,搜集中医古籍文献中黄芪桂枝五物汤的相关数据,统计分析方剂年代分布、药味组成、用药剂量和主治病症。得到有效数据共82条,记录有该方的各类中医古籍文献共63部。整体来看,后世历代医家、医籍对黄芪桂枝五物汤的引用、论述都基本遵从《金匮要略》中黄芪桂枝五物汤原方的组成、用量、主治的原始记载,进一步说明该方组方精当,用量考究,临床疗效显著,方能沿用传承至今。This article systematically sorts and analyzes the"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu(5 kinds of Chinese medicine including astragalus and cassia twigs)decoction"recorded in the ancient books,finds and summarizes the content,so as to provide more reference for the clinical application of the research and development of this classic prescription.By using the methods of literature research and bibliometrics,the related data of"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction"in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,and the age distribution of prescription,the composition of drug taste,the dosage of"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction"and the main treatment were statistically analyzed.A total of 82 valid data were obtained from 63 traditional Chinese books.From the overall point of view,later generations of doctors,medical books cited and discussed"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction",based on the composition,dosage and original record of the original prescription of"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction"in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,which further shows that the prescription is exquisite,the dosage is exquisite,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,and the prescription can be inherited till now.
