摘　　要：互联网技术的发展使服务外包逐渐成为国际产业转移的核心,高等院校人才培养模式逐渐变革,服务外包企业对人才需求日益扩大。面对当前各院校服务外包人才的培养现状和存在的问题,从课程体系调整、人才培养模式改进、校企合作、师资队伍建设与双语教学等方面阐述高校服务外包人才培养的创新路径。The development of Internet technology makes service outsourcing gradually become the core of international industrial transfer.The training model of colleges and universities is gradually changing,and the demand for talents in service outsourcing enterprises is expanding day by day.Facing the current situation and existing problems of service outsourcing talents in various colleges and universities,this paper expounds the innovative path of service outsourcing talents training in colleges and universities from the aspects of curriculum system adjustment,talent training model improvement,school-enterprise cooperation,construction of teachers'teams and bilingual teaching.
