摘  要:环保行业正面临着从单一的去除污染物为目标向能源化、资源化的方向进行革新转变,在此形势下,研究生作为未来环境保护技术层的决策人才,其创新实践能力的培养显得尤为重要。从保障机制、创新能力培养和实践能力提升三个层面,采取思想观念形成、课程优化、校内实践平台建设、校外产学研基地联合、科研创新氛围培育等具体措施,对研究生创新实践能力培养模式进行了构建,其推广应用还可有力促进我国高等院校高层次人才教育质量的提高。The goal of environmental protection industry is shifting from single pollutants removal to energyization and resource utilization.Under this situation,graduate students are the future decision makers of environmental protection technologies,and the cultivation of their innovative practical ability appears especially important.From three levels of guarantee mechanism,innovation ability training and practical ability improvement,the training model for innovation and practice abilities of graduate students is built based on five specific measures,including the formation of ideological concepts,curriculum optimization,the construction of on-campus practice platforms,the off-campus integration of production and research bases,and the cultivation of scientific innovation atmosphere.The promotion and application of the training model would effectively promote the improvement of the education quality of high-level talents in Chinese colleges and universities.
