摘　　要：随着我国社会的转型对大学生的思想政治教育工作也形成了新的挑战,对于就业工作来说更是如此,大学生的思想政治教育工作和就业工作应该予以同样的重视力度,通过将二者的工作内容、工作节奏等进行合理契合更加容易获得理想的工作效果。本文针对这个问题展开分析,探讨关于大学生思想政治教育工作与就业工作的契合思路。With the transformation of our society,new challenges have been made to the ideological and political education for college students,especially for employment.The ideological and political education and employment of college students should also be paid equal attention to.It is easier to obtain the ideal effect by rationally matching the content and rhythm of the two.This article analyzes this issue,and tries to analyze the matching ideas of ideological and political education and employment for college students.
