摘　　要：通过回顾互联网的发展历程,总结互联网发展过程中档案信息服务方式,提出建立国家档案信息管理中心以推进档案信息服务的发展。从注重档案信息服务个性化发展,创新服务方式;加强档案信息服务知识化发展,创新服务内容;提高档案信息服务平民化水平,扩大服务范围;实现档案信息服务体系整体化,加强档案资源整合四个方面阐述档案信息管理中心提高档案信息服务水平的方式。By reviewing the development of the Internet,the paper investigates the current development of the Internet,and sums up the archives information service methods in the process of Internet development.The establishment of the National Archives Information Management Center is proposed to promote the development of archives information service.This paper expounds the ways of improving the service level of archives information from four aspects:innovating service modes and promoting the personalized development of archival information services;Strengthening the development of Archives Information Service and innovating the service content;improving the level and scope of archival information services for the general public;Realizing the integration of Archives Information Service System and strengthening the integration of archives resources.
