摘  要:正戊醛自缩合制备2-丙基-2-庚烯醛(2-PHEA)是工业生产2-丙基庚醇(2-PH)的主要方法,提高缩合反应目标产物的收率和选择性,催化剂是关键因素,目前用于正戊醛自缩合制备癸烯醛的催化剂有多种类型。文中分析了具有代表性的固体催化剂和液体催化剂的研究状况,并对各固体催化剂和液体催化剂的优缺点进行比较,对今后开发具有催化活性高、使用周期长,清洁无污染的催化剂进行了展望。The preparation of 2-propyl-2-heptenal(2-PHEA) by self-condensation of n-pentanal is an important step in the industrial production of 2-propylheptanol(2-PH). In order to increase the yield and selectivity of the target product of the condensation reaction, a catalyst is the key. There are various types of catalysts currently used for the self-condensation of n-pentanal to produce 2-propyl-2-hepenal. In this paper, the research status of some representative solid catalysts and liquid catalysts are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each solid catalyst and liquid catalyst are compared. It is also expected to develop catalysts with high catalytic activity, long service life, and clean and pollution-free.
