摘  要:BB4型多级离心泵在多级数、高扬程使用时,由于轴刚度不足而导致挠度过大的问题。现场对损坏零件进行仔细观察,找到零件严重损坏部位。通过应用有限元分析法,进行受力分析、建立了数学模型。通过理论计算分析出挠度的影响因素,并提出可靠的技改方案。Due to the lack of shaft stiffness, BB4 multistage centrifugal pump in the use of multi-series and high head, appeared large deflection. The damaged parts were carefully observed and found the seriously damaged ones. The mathematical model was established through application of finite element analysis and the force analysis. The influencing factors of deflection were analyzed by theoretical calculation, and a reliable technical transformation plan was put forward.
