摘　　要：某炼油厂柴油加氢精制装置的高分轨道球阀发生了喷油事件。文中分析了该轨道球阀出现泄漏的事故原因是该轨道球阀盘根漏油,装置在给高分液位轨道球阀加填料的过程中,加注填料管件(单向阀)脱落,导致介质(柴油和氢气)喷出,造成了装置紧急停工。An oil blowout incident occurred on the high-molecular orbit ball valve of diesel hydrotreating unit in a refinery. This paperanalyzed theleakageaccident of orbital ball valve and found it occurred due to the oil leakage at packing of orbital ball valve.During the process of filling the high-level orbital ball valve, the filling pipe fittings(one-way valve) fell off, causing the medium(diesel and hydrogen) to be ejected, which caused the unit emergency shutdown.
