摘  要:精密极薄带具备优异的精度、耐蚀性、表面光洁度等性能。随着微制造、微电子等高技术领域的快速发展,对极薄带的综合性能提出了更苛刻的要求,但是极薄带轧制生产中仍然存在成材率低、残余应力大、局部泡泡浪等问题。为了进一步推动人们对极薄带生产的深入研究,促进精密极薄带轧制理论的发展,主要综述极薄带轧制力理论、最小可轧厚度理论、极薄带塑性变形理论、辊系弹性变形理论的研究进展及存在的问题。针对上述综述进行分析,发现传统的最小可轧厚度理论存在明显的局限性,导致理论分析结果与试验结果误差比较大;极薄带轧制过程中经常会出现辊端压靠现象,但传统压扁计算理论在轧辊端部计算误差比较大。针对上述问题,建立适用于极薄带轧制的条件最小可轧厚度理论和考虑辊端压靠的板形控制模型。但是极薄带轧制过程中出现的一些特殊科学难题,无法利用传统理论进行解释,因此展望其未来的研究趋势——从微/介观尺度分析精密极薄带轧制过程中变形机理与微观结构特性。Precision ultra-thin strip has excellent precision,corrosion resistance,surface finish,and other properties.With the rapid development of micro-manufacturing,micro-electronics and other high technology fields,the comprehensive performance of precision ultra-thin strip has been put forward more stringent requirements,but there are still problems in the rolling production of the ultra-thin strip,such as low yield,large residual stress,local bubble wave and so on.In order to further promote the in-depth research on the production of ultra-thin strip and promote the development of ultra-thin strip rolling theory,the research progress and existing problems of the rolling force theory,the minimum rolling thickness theory,the plastic deformation theory of ultra-thin strip and the elastic deformation theory of roll system are mainly summarized.Based on the above analysis,it is found that the traditional theory of the minimum rolling thickness has obvious limitations,which results in a large error between theoretical analysis results and experimental results;phenomenon of the work roll edge contact often occurs in the ultra-thin strip rolling process,but the conventional flattening calculation theory has a large calculation error at the end of the roll.In view of the above problems,a new formula for the conditional limiting producible thickness considering the restriction of the rolling force and a plate profile control model considering the work roll edge contact is derived.However,the ultra-thin strip with some special scientific problems in the process of rolling cannot be explained by traditional theory.Therefore,the future research trend of ultra-thin strip rolling is prospected,which is to analyze the deformation mechanism and microstructure characteristics from micro/mesoscopic scale.
