摘  要:为有效减轻瓦斯、煤尘爆炸等煤矿重大灾害的严重损害程度,常用的有效措施之一即为安装矿用自动隔爆装置。该装置通常以纯机械结构打造,将超细干粉作为新型灭火介质并进行超前隔爆,能够有效地将爆炸区域与其它区域进行隔离,防止高温燃气和冲击波的扩散,使爆炸的影响范围得以控制和缩小。相对于传统的隔爆水袋等装置,自动隔爆装置在隔爆的稳定性、灭火性能等多方面展现出了巨大的优势,在节能降耗的同时,为煤矿的井下安全提供了更为稳固的保障。In order to effectively reduce the serious degree of gas,coal dust explosion and other major disasters in coal mines,one of the effective measures is to install the automatic explosion-proof device for coal mine.The device is usually made of pure mechanical structure,and the ultra-fine dry powder is used as a new fire extinguishing medium to effectively isolate the explosion area from other areas,which can prevent the spread of high temperature gas and shock wave,and control the impact range of explosion.Compared with the traditional explosion-proof water bag and other devices,the automatic explosion-proof device has shown great advantages in terms of explosion-proof stability,fire-fighting performance and other aspects,while saving energy and reducing consumption,it provides a more reliable guarantee for the underground safety of the coal mine.
