摘　　要：为了实现节能降耗和可持续发展的目标,下沟煤矿成功实施清洁生产举措,并通过审核。通过对下沟煤矿在实施清洁生产和审核过程中的经验总结,论述了煤矿企业实施清洁生产的主要步骤。经清洁生产实践,下沟煤矿实施了26个无费用或低费用方案,均产生了良好的环境效益和明显的经济效益;通过清洁生产审核,可以在制度和生产工艺等方面促进企业的可持续发展,并对清洁生产的深入开展和效果巩固有一定的参考价值。In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction and sustainable development,Xiagou coal mine successfully implemented clean production and passed the audit.By summarizing the experience of Xiagou coal mine in the process of implementing clean production and auditing,the main steps of implementing clean production in coal mine enterprises are discussed.Through clean production practice,Xiagou coal mine has implemented 26 plans with no or low cost,which have produced good environmental benefits and obvious economic benefits.Through the audit,it can promote the sustainable development of clean production in the aspects of system and production process,and has certain reference value for the in-depth development and effect consolidation of clean production.
