摘 要:为探索“微格教学法”在护理技能教学中的教学效果,选取在我院血透室实习护理学生120人分别进行“微格教学”及传统教学。结果显示,A组的学习兴趣更浓厚、学习效率更高、课堂满意度更好(P<0.05),且A组学生对操作关键步骤的理解与记忆更加出色(P<0.05)。所有学生通过血透室护理相关学习与培训,均能提高技能操作水平(P<0.05),A组的操作考核成绩更加优秀(P<0.05)。据此得出结论,将“微格教学法”应用于血透室护理技能教学能帮助学生更好地掌握技能,为临床护理培养出更优秀的护理人才。In order to explore the effect of"microteaching method"in nursing skills teaching,120 nursing students who practiced in hemodialysis room were selected for"microteaching"and traditional teaching.Results show that group A has stronger learning interest,higher learning efficiency,and better classroom satisfaction(P<0.05),and group A has better understanding and memory of key steps(P<0.05).All the students can improve their skill operation level(P<0.05),but the operation assessment score of group A is better(P<05).Accordingly,it is concluded that applying"microteaching method"in nursing skills teaching in hemodialysis room helps students better master the operation essentials,and train more excellent nursing talents for clinical nursing.
