摘  要:以港口和航运企业两个物流服务提供商和一个第四方物流(4PL)集成商组成的港口供应链为研究对象,考虑集成商通过资源整合对港口供应链的绿色化及运作效率的优化作用,研究该供应链成员间的竞合与利益协调策略问题,分别建立集中和分散决策下的竞合与协调模型,通过数值实验对结果进行比较分析.研究发现,集中决策优于分散决策,港航联盟优于独立决策,且各方通过制定适当的成本分担契约可实现整个供应链的有效协调,可为港口物流服务供应链的管理提供有效参考.Taking the port supply chain composed of two logistics service providers of port and shipping enterprises and a fourth party logistics(4 PL) integrator as the research object, considering the optimization effect of integrator on port supply chain’s green and operation efficiency through resource integration, the strategy of competition and benefit coordination among members of the supply chain was studied, the models of concurrence and coordination under centralized and decentralized decision were established respectively. It is found that centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making, port and waterway alliance is better than independent decision-making, and all parties can effectively coordinate the whole supply chain by making appropriate cost sharing contract, which can provide effective reference for the management of port logistics service supply chain.
