摘 要:肿瘤患者是新型冠状病毒肺炎的易感人群,疫情给中医肿瘤科医师带来巨大挑战。中医肿瘤科医师应重点掌握新型冠状感染疾病的流行性特点和临床表现,鉴别肿瘤患者合并新型冠状病毒感染的情况,严格把握肿瘤患者抗癌治疗的指征。进一步运用互联网医疗平台,加强肿瘤全程管理模式,提倡个体化精准施治,发挥中医药抗疫和抗癌优势。该文旨在探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下中西医结合防治肿瘤疾病的若干问题,为疫情下肿瘤治疗提供新策略和新手段。Cancer patients were susceptible to COVID-19,which brought great challenges to the oncologists under COVID-19 epidemic situation.The oncologists should focus on the epidemic characteristics and clinical manifestations of COVID-19 infection,identify the condition of cancer patients complicated with COVID-19 infection,and strictly grasp the indications of anticancer treatment for cancer patients.By using the Internet medical platform,we should strengthen the whole-process management mode of tumor diseases,and advocate individualized and precise treatment,and give a full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-epidemic and anti-cancer therapy.This paper aimed to discuss the problems of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases under the epidemic situationand to provide new strategies for the treatment of tumor diseases.
