摘　　要：近年来,纳米二氧化硅因其具有高比表面积、高生物相容性、靶向性等优良特性,在医药领域的应用越来越广泛。该文综述了介孔二氧化硅纳米(MSN)颗粒的制备方法,MSNs在多种疾病诊断和治疗、药物分离运载方面的研究进展,旨在为MSNs在医药领域的进一步应用提供参考。In recent years,nano-silica has been widely used in the field of biomedicine due to its high specific surface area,high biocompatibility,and targeting properties.This review focuses on the preparation methods of mesoporous silica nano(MSN)materials,the research progress of MSNs in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases,and the drug isolationand delivery,aiming at providing are ference for the further application of mesoporous nano-silica in the field of medicine.
