摘　　要：为实现高校人事管理的自动化和智能化,提高管理水平和工作效率,对人事管理的业务活动和系统需求进行了深入、全面的分析,对系统功能和架构进行了研究和设计,并对系统的安全控制进行了设计,以保证系统安全、可靠地运行。In order to realize the automation and intelligence of the college personnel management to improve the management lev⁃el and efficiency,an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the business activities and system requirements of personnel manage⁃ment is carried out,then the function,architecture of the system are researched and designed,and the security control of the system is also designed to ensure the system to operate safely and reliably.
