摘 要:首先阐述了电子设备对高效散热和电磁兼容问题的迫切解决需求,同时说明了材料导热和吸波的基本原理,分析出材料导热性能的提升与吸波效能之间存在的矛盾,并以复合添加羰基铁粉、碳基吸波剂、Al2O3、ZnO为功能填料,采用高温模压成型工艺制得导热吸波硅橡胶。结果表明:所制备的导热吸波硅橡胶反射率<-10dB(10~14GHz),导热系数>1.5W/(m·K),在保证高效电磁波吸收特性的基础上显著地改善了硅橡胶的导热性能,并从微观组织结构的角度解释了材料高性能热传导机制和电磁波吸收机理,结合实际应用背景,说明了导热吸波硅橡胶典型的应用方式,为解决电子器件散热和电磁干扰问题,提出了一种便于操作、行之有效的新型方法。The problems urgently needed to solved of electronic equipment for efficient heat dissipation and electromagnetic compatibility were expounded,and illustrated the basic principle of heat conduction and absorbing of material.The conflict between the improvement of the material thermal conductivity performance and absorbing efficiency was analyzed.By adding carbonyl iron powder,carbon absorbing agent,Al2O3and ZnO as the functional fillers,heat-conducting absorbing silicon rubber was prepared by mould pressing craft with high temperature.The results showed that the reflectivity of prepared absorbing silicone rubber<-10dB(10GHz^14GHz),the coefficient of thermal conductivity>1.5W/mK,on the basis of ensured efficient electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics,significantly improved the performance of thermal conductivity of the silicone rubber.The mechanisms of high performance heat transfer and the electromagnetic wave absorption of the materials were explained from the perspective of microstructure.Combined with the practical application background,the application of thermal conductive absorbing silicone rubber was illustrated.The typical way was put forward to solve the problem of cooling and electromagnetic interference for electronic device.
