摘  要:采用无钯化学镀法将镍薄层沉积到粉煤灰空心微珠表面,再利用原位聚合法制备了镍包覆粉煤灰空心微珠/聚吡咯复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的结构和形貌进行了表征,利用矢量网络分析仪研究了复合材料的吸波性能。结果表明:镀镍粉煤灰空心微珠与聚吡咯复合后,吸收频带变宽,吸波性能得到改善;镍包覆粉煤灰空心微珠/聚吡咯复合材料最小反射损耗在出现在14.5GHz处,为-9.6dB,反射损耗小于-5dB的频带宽为8.1GHz。The thin nickel layer was deposited on the surface of fly-ash cenosphere particles by palladium-free electroless plating.Then nickel-coated fly ash cenosphere/polypyrrole composites were prepared by a in-situ polymerization method.The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The wave absorption properties of the composites were studied by a vector analyzer.The results shown that the composite of nickel-coated fly ash cenosphere and polypyrrole can widen the absorption band and improved the wave absorption properties.The materials had the minimum loss of-9.6dB at 14.5GHz,and the bandwidth less than-5dB was 8.1GHz.
