摘  要:采用高温固相法,成功制备了Dy^3+离子掺杂的CaWO4∶Dy^3+发光材料。利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱和荧光光谱对其结构和荧光性能进行表征,探讨了Dy^3+浓度对CaWO4∶Dy^3+结构和发光性能的影响。结果表明:Dy^3+可以有效掺入到CaWO4基质中,且不改变基质原有的晶体结构,获得单一的白钨矿结构。用基质吸收峰激发CaWO4∶Dy^3+晶体,由发射谱推测样品中基质和Dy^3+之间存在能量传递。对比不同掺杂浓度下Dy^3+的离子发射光谱,发现随掺杂浓度的不同,480nm(蓝)和575nm(黄)的发射强度有明显变化,证实浓度为4%(摩尔分数)时强度达最大。The Dy^3+doped CaWO4∶Dy^3+samples were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The crystal phase of the CaWO4∶Dy^3+were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),raman and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The effect of Dy^3+doping on the crystal phase and luminescence properties of the CaWO4∶Dy^3+were studied.Results revealed that Dy^3+can effectively be doped into CaWO4 matrix,and did not change the original crystal structure of CaWO4,obtaining the single scheelite structure.The emission spectra of CaWO4∶Dy^3+was excited by the absorption peak of the host,the energy transfer was observed between the CaWO4host and the rare earth ions Dy^3+.Comparing the emission spectra of Dy^3+ions with different doping concentrations,it was found that the emission intensity of 480nm(blue)and 575nm(yellow)changed significantly,which proved that the intensity reached the maximum when the concentration was 4%(molar fraction).
