摘 要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)无毒、透明性好、抗拉强度高,在纺织、食品、医药等领域应用广泛,改性PET可以弥补PET韧性差、结晶速率慢、加工温度高等缺陷。介绍了共混改性、纳米粉体改性、熔融缩聚、固相缩聚、化学增黏等PET改性方法,指出了PET工业化生产过程中需要解决的问题,并对PET的发展前景进行了展望。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is non-toxic,good transparency,high tensile strength,and is widely used in textile,food,medicine and other fields.Modified PET can make up for the shortcomings of PET such as poor toughness,slow crystallization rate and high processing temperature.The modification methods of PET such as blending modification,nano-powder modification,melt polycondensation,solid phase polycondensation,chemical thickening,etc.were introduced.The problems that need to be solved in the process of industrialized production of PET and prospects for the development of PET were pointed out.
